DAVID BLITZ
Prior to forming Mount Nebo Capital in 2001, Mr. Blitz served as a Director at Belgravia Capital and its successor firm as well as a partner in a private real estate investment banking firm.
Mr. Blitz served as a Senior Vice President of Imperial Bank. While at Imperial in the 1980’s Mr. Blitz originated and structured over $200,000,000 of construction and term loans and in the 1990’s restructured over $250,000,000 in nonperforming loans including the marketing of REO sales. He has a total of 28 years of real estate experience included acquisitions and dispositions, capital markets, asset management, development, and financing.
Mr. Blitz has also held positions with New York Life Insurance Company and prior to his banking career, after earning a degree in Architecture from the prestigious Coopers Union in New York City, practiced for 5 years as an architectural project manager in Santa Monica, CA.

NATE WHIGHAM
Mr. Whigham brings business development, sales and project management experience to Nebo. Prior to Nebo he worked as an Account Manager for an international energy services company. Mr. Whigham is active in ICSC, ULI, USC Lusk Center for Real Estate Development and the USC Marshall Graduate Real Estate Association. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and BS in Systems Engineering with a Mathematics Minor from the University of Arizona.
