Nebo Arranges a Multi-Tenant Office Loan

Nebo Capital recently closed on a non-recourse, 10 year IO loan at sub 4% interest, secured by a class A multi-tenant office/retail building with smaller boutique office tenants.  The property is located in a desirable walkable street location. While a lower loan to value, this is a high dollar per square foot loan.  

Besides the interest only feature there is a 2 year open repayment window and no TI and leasing impounds or reserves. In addition, the borrower may increase proceeds to the loan during its term at the lender's then current underwriting standards and rates.
